Pooja Joglekar

Pooja is a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply (CIPS), holds a B.Engg (Hons) from the University of Pune (Pune, India), and a Master’s in Business Administration (Distinction), from University of Strathclyde. Pooja is a Renewable Energy sector leader, with 18 years of commercial and supply chain expertise, business management, sustainability and Ethical, Social Governance (ESG). She has gained experience across a wide range of sectors and disciplines and now has global responsibility across major renewable energy projects applying knowledge of contracting, risk management and economic focus. Pooja has experience of managing uncertainty and has held accountability for financial management of large budgets.

Pooja value ethics, diligence, commitment, collaborative working, timely yet constructive critique of the organisation’s planning to ensure that the Boards and Steering Committees are well supported in achieving crucial stages in their strategic intent. Pooja is also an active Diversity & Inclusion champion and has led various inclusion initiatives and networks.

Pooja has a busy family life with children and pets. When time allows, she enjoys badminton, swimming, and gardening.
