About Us Caring for people in Scotland since 1978
With more than 40 years of experience, CCS has grown from a number of local care services to become a national care organisation with a team of 300, who deliver highly regulated standards of care to 600 service users across Scotland.
However, we still work in small, friendly, local teams who are dedicated to making the lives of service users more comfortable and fulfilled.
Our senior management team has a combined 50 years of service with CCS, which brings expertise and consistency across the organisation and as a not-for-profit charity, our priority is always service users, not profit.
Training that goes beyond the standard
Every one of our carers is highly trained in the National Care Standards and meets government-regulated standards on top of our own rigorous policies and procedures.
They receive regular training on first aid, safer people handling, prompting medication, infection prevention and control and hygiene, including food hygiene. Additional training is provided whenever it's needed to meet an individual's needs, ensuring peace of mind for families and carers.
Do you think working for Crossroads Caring Scotland could be for you?
We pride ourselves on being an approachable and supportive employer that offers rewarding career and training opportunities.
